The Sketchlands

A man’s violent childhood drawings were his only escape from trauma. Now, twenty years later, the things he drew are starting to escape the page, and they’re coming for him.

About the book

Every child has nightmares. Toby's fought back.

To escape a traumatic childhood, he projected his consciousness into a world born from his own violent drawings, becoming a vengeful god in a land of his own creation. He grew up and buried the memories, believing they were nothing more than a dark phase he'd left behind.

But the world didn't forget him. Decades later, the survivors of his "dreams" have torn a hole through reality. They aren't just haunting him; they're coming to drag him back to the world he ravaged to face their justice. Their arrival shatters his peaceful new life, marking him as a monster in two worlds and leaving him with only one choice: run.
